Pastor William Laws is blessed with 37 years of marriage with the love of his life Annie. He and Annie founded Gateway of Hope Marriage and Family Counseling, which focuses on bringing restoration to marriages and families.

Pastor William has served as Superintendent of Biblical Studies and served as Chairman of Bayside of South Sacramento Church Leadership Board. Pastor William is a conference and motivational speaker and is currently on the pastoral staff at Promiseland Ministries is Sacramento California.

Pastor William is known as a prayer warrior to those that know him personally. He also served as the Director of Prayer and Spiritual Care, at Bayside of South Sacramento. His heart and devotion to interceding on behalf of others is well known to many.
